1. Free Shipping Worldwide We are happy to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

2. Order Processing Time We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your confirmation email.

3. Delivery Times Once your order is ready and shipped, the delivery time is between 10 and 15 business days, depending on your country and local delivery services. (Total time to receive your order = 1-2 days processing + 10-15 days shipping).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (No Extra Costs) We pay all the import taxes and customs duties in advance. This means you will not pay any extra money when the package arrives at your door. Safety Notice: In very rare cases, a local customs office might hold a package and ask for a small fee by mistake. If this happens to you, please do not pay it. Contact us immediately at support@lumbease.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

5. Order Tracking When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to see where your package is at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to start working and update in the courier's system.

6. Late Deliveries If your tracking number shows no movement for an extended period, or if you have not received your order after 20 business days, please email us at support@lumbease.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the shipment status immediately.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer Please check your shipping address carefully before you complete your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately. If the package is already shipped and in transit, we cannot change the delivery address or offer a refund for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
